Dubai, UAE –- To mark the announcement of Emirates’ service from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, beginning December 15, 2016,Emirates has announced a new Economy Class and Business Class fare sale beginning October 11, 2016 to some of the world’s most breath-taking international destinations including Dubai, Johannesburg, Mumbai, Bengaluru, New Delhi, Bangkok and Singapore. With this new service, those who live in the greater South Florida region, including but not limited to Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, can fly from their hometown to destinations around the world with just one stop and quick and seamless connections in Dubai. The new Emirates service and special fares starting from $699 in Economy Class and from $3,249 in Business Class, now makes the world more accessible to those in the South Florida area.
The four-day sale, commencing at 12:01am EST on October 11, 2016 and concluding at 11:59pm EST on October 14, 2016 is valid for travel taking place between December 24, 2016 and May 24, 2017.

Starting on December 15, 2016, EK214 will depart Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) at 8:20 pm and arrive in Dubai (DXB) at 7:40 p.m., the following day, with a flying time of 14 hours and 20 minutes. The return flight, EK213, will depart Dubai at 3:00 a.m. local time and arrive in FLL at 10:25 a.m. The airline will operate a GE-powered U.S.-built Boeing 777-200LR aircraft in a three-class configuration on the route, offering 8 First Class suites, 42 Business Class lie-flat beds and 216 Economy Class seats for travellers.
Through Emirates’ codeshare partnership with JetBlue Airways (B6), travellers can connect from 26 destinations in the United States and 19 destinations throughout the Caribbean and Latin America through Fort Lauderdale to experience travel on Emirates to destinations across the vast global network. Emirates will offer round trip connections from hotspots including the Bahamas, Cancun and Cuba as well as San Juan in Puerto Rico, and will operate from the same terminal as JetBlue for more seamless connections.
