About Hard Exercise Works
Since 1991, Hard Exercise Works has designed workouts for the dedicated athlete. Their fitness model creates bootcamp style workouts based on the Navy Seal training program. The first workout is always free, which allows new clients to try the program before they commit to membership.
The training facilities are designed around the WOD philosophy, encouraging people to work out daily to get in their best shape ever. The initial five-week program was created to get people in shape in a short amount of time. New participants commit to exercising for 30 minutes per day, five days per week for five straight weeks.
HEWPLA is sponsored by HEW Events, LLC, a division of Hard Exercise Works. With 14 locations nationwide, HEW is actively seeking people with a passion for the fitness, nutrition and workout industry.
